March march - 250,000+ march for jobs

Yes, we were there ;) along with 250k others to make a point. Long time since we've been on a demo this size and this diverse. From every area of the country and every section of society. You have to go some to piss off this number of people in such a short time!

OK so a small numer  of activists got carried away in the evening, it was a distraction, but I must admit whilst marching past Fortum & Mason the thought did cross my mind ...

We got to Hyde Park with the first cohort and watched, for nearly four hours, as masses of protesters just kept pouring into the park.

A Host of Golden

It’s daffodil time again on the golden triangle in Gloucestershire.A real sign that spring has sprung - that and the clocks going forward :)

Also got surrounded by a large flock of v noisy sheep - think they had trained with Ewekida in the Forest of Dean - but they soon recognised a fellow woolley, abided by EweN resolution Baa13 and ceased hostilities.

Also came across the church of St Edward the Confessor (must've confessed some to get a sainthood) but has been named the miniature cathedral to the arts, and you can see why.

Also can be seen much of the famous Gloucestershire mistletoe - a kiss under every tree :)

It's only early March and already we have butterflies in the garden and honey bees in the crocii :)

Laura @ 18

Continuing the season of special birthdays, just returned from Carlisle to celebrate Laura's 18th. A great time was had by all @ Carlisle Racecourse. Marion met up with her cousins - Shaun, Craig n Darren - for the first time in many a long year.
